Mumbai, India: The largest and biggest luxury property developer in the world, JLR, has agreed to buy Mumbai’s most iconic hotel for $5.1 billion.
The deal, which is valued at $1.6 billion, will make JLR India’s largest and second largest luxury hotel owner.
It will be built on the top of Mumbai’s iconic Taj Mahal, the site of a royal palace.
It will be the world’s largest luxury property development and the largest in the country, with more than 200,000 rooms.
The hotel, which was built by the architect HV Ramakrishnan in the early 20th century, is a jewel of Mumbai.
It is a testament to the city’s rich history and heritage that the hotel has stood the test of time, despite being built by an architect who died in 1885.
It was the first hotel in the city to be built by a private owner, and the first in Mumbai to be owned by a woman, according to JLR.
The new hotel, expected to open in 2021, will be JLR’s second major project in the Indian capital.
It has more than 30 floors of hotel space and more than 1,600 rooms.
It was designed by French architect Jules Bessette, who also designed the Dubai-based Burj Khalifa and Burj Dubai.
JLR will have around 50,000 employees in Mumbai.
The company, which has been operating in India since 2013, owns the Taj Mahals and has over 500 hotels in the United Arab Emirates.
It also owns hotels in Dubai, New York and Paris.JLR has over 25 million hotel rooms in India.
